Moulin Rouge[1] (/ˌmuːlæ̃ ˈruːʒ/, bahasa Prancis: [mulɛ̃ ʁuʒ]; terj. har. '"Kincir Merah"') merupakan sebuah bangunan pertunjukan kabaret di Paris, Prancis. Bangunan aslinya terbakar pada 1915, didirikan bersama pada 1889 oleh Charles Zidler dan Joseph Oller, juga pemilik Paris Olympia. Dekat dengan Montmartre di distrik Pigalle, Boulevard de Clichy, arondisemen ke-18, ditandai dengan kincir angin berwarna merah di atapnya. Stasiun métro terdekatnya adalah Blanche. Moulin Rouge paling dikenal sebagai tempat kelahiran tarian can-can. Sekarang, Moulin Rouge menjadi lokawisata, yang menawarkan hiburan tari musik bagi pengunjung dari seluruh dunia. Dekorasi bangunan tersebut masih mengandung banyak romansa fin de siècle Prancis.
