Mousteria (atau Mode III) adalah sebuah kebudayaan arkeologis yang terdiri dari alat-alat batu api yang dikaitkan dengan spesies Neanderthal dan primata dengan anatomi manusia modern pertama di Eurasia. Kebudayaan ini pernah ada pada masa Paleolitikum Pertengahan sekitar 160.000 hingga 40.000 tahun yang lalu.[2]
Kebudayaan ini dinamai dari sebuah situs tipe di Le Moustier, Dordogne, Prancis.[3] Alat-alat batu api telah ditemukan di wilayah Eropa yang tidak dilapisi oleh es pada masa itu dan juga wilayah Timur Dekat dan Afrika Utara.
