Muhammad al-Ashmar (bahasa Arab: محمد الأشمر) (1892–1960) adalah seorang panglima pemberontak Suriah pada Pemberontakan Besar Suriah dan Pemberontakan Arab di Palestina 1936-1939. Ia merupakan figur komunis berpengaruh di Suriah setelah kemerdekaan.[1]
