Abū ʿAbd Allāh Muḥammad bin al-Ḥasan bin Farqad asy-Syaibānī (bahasa Arab: أبو عبد الله محمد بن الحسن بن فرقد الشيباني; 749/50 – 805)[1] adalah seorang ahli hukum Arab dan murid Abu Hanifah (kemudian menjadi eponim dari mazhab Hanafi), Malik bin Anas dan Abu Yusuf. Dalam dunia Muslim, ia dijuluki sebagai "bapak hukum internasional muslim".[2]
