Museum Negeri Berlin
Museum Negeri Berlin (bahasa Jerman: Staatliche Museen zu Berlin) adalah kesatuan sejumlah institusi di Berlin, Jerman yang terdiri dari 17 museum dalam lima kelompok, beberapa institut riset, perpustakaan, dan fasilitas pendukung. Pengawasannya berada di bawah Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation dan dibiayai oleh pemerintah federal Jerman bekerjasama dengan negara-negara bagian di Jerman. Kompleks utama di Museum Island ditambahkan ke dalam "UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites" pada tahun 1999. Sampai tahun 2007 "Berlin State Museums" telah bertumbuh menjadi kompleks museum terbesar di Eropa.[1]Museum ini awalnya didirikan oleh Raja Friedrich Wilhelm III dari Prusia pada tahun 1823 sebagai Königliche Museen (Museum Kerajaan).[2]
