Museum Seni Milwaukee (bahasa Inggris: Milwaukee Art Museum) adalah sebuah museum seni di Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Koleksinya berisi hampir 25.000 karya seni.[1] Ini adalah salah satu museum terbesar di Amerika Serikat.

Pada tahun 1888, Asosiasi Seni Milwaukee diciptakan oleh sekelompok seniman panorama Jerman dan pengusaha lokal. Pada tahun yang sama, pengusaha kelahiran Inggris, Frederick Layton membangun, menganugerahi dan menyediakan karya seni untuk Layton Art Gallery, yang sekarang dihancurkan.
