Măgurele adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di sebelah barat daya provinsi Ilfov, Rumania. Populasi penduduk kota ini sebesar 9.200 jiwa.
Di kota ini terdapat dua fasilitas penelitian di bidang nuklir dan fisika, yaitu Institut Fisika Atom (bahasa inggris:Institute of Atomic Physics) (bahasa Rumania: Institutul de Fizicǎ Atomicǎ (IFA)) dan Institut Teknik Fisika dan Nuklir Nasional (bahasa inggris: National Institute for Physics and Nuclear Engineering). pada tahun 1957 sampai 1998, kota ini mempunyai fasilitas reaktor nuklir VVRS milik Uni Soviet, tetapi saat ini sudah tidak digunakan lagi. Fakultas Fisika dari Universitas Bukares juga terletak di kota ini.
Nama Măgurele diambil dari bahasa Rumania Dacian yaitu măgură, yang berarti "bukit".
