NASD
NASD, Inc. (dahulu dikenal dengan nama National Association of Securities Dealers), adalah suatu organisasi yang mewakili perorangan dan perusahaan dalam industri sekuriti dalam ekonomi Amerika dan juga merupakan "Organisasi Regulator Mandiri" ( Self Regulatory Oraganization-SRO) yang bertanggung jawab atas aturan-aturan dalam industri sekuriti dan berada di bawah pengawasan Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Penggantian oleh FINRA
Pada tanggal 26 Juli 2007, SEC menyetujui pembentukan Otoritas Regulator Industri Keuangan (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority - FINRA) yang merupakan Organisasi Regulator Mandiri yang menggantikan NASD. FINRA akan dibentuk dengan cara menggabungkan perangkat pada New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Regulation, Inc., dan NASD. See SEC Release No. 34-56145
