Naito Ehara (江原 騎士, Ehara Naito, lahir 30 Juli 1993) adalah seorang perenang kompetitif Jepang. Ia berkompetisi dalam relay gaya bebas 4 × 200 meter putra pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 2016, di mana ia memenangkan medali perunggu. Ia juga berkompetisi dalam lomba gaya bebas 400 meter putra.[1] Ehara mengabdi dalam Angkatan Darat Bela Diri Jepang sebagai sersan kelas satu.[2]
