Nanjing Underwater World (Hanzi: 南京海底世界有限公司) adalah sebuah akuarium publik dekat Mausoleum Sun Yat-sen di Nanjing. Underwater World berada di sisi selatan Gunung Ungu dekat Mausoleum Ming Xiaoling. Akuarium tersebut adalah usaha patungan antara Andover Capital Group dan Biro Administrasi Mausoleum Dr. Sun Yat-Sen.
