Naoki Kobayashi[1] (小林 直己, Kobayashi Naoki, lahir 10 November 1984)[2] adalah seorang penari, koreografer, pemeran dan model asal Jepang. Ia adalah pementas grup dansa dan vokal J-Pop Exile, dan ketua dan pementas grup vokal dan dansa J-Pop Sandaime J Soul Brothers. Ia juga merupakan anggota Nidaime J Soul Brothers sampai perpindahannya ke Exile pada 2009.[3] Sebagai anggota Sandaime J Soul Brothers, ia meraih Japan Record Awards sebanyak dua kali, dan meraih penghargaan yang sama sebanyak tiga kali sebagai anggota Exile.[3] Ia mengkoreografikan lagu terkenal "Pocky Dance" (Pocky Sharehappi Dance) untuk iklan Pocky pada 2015.[4]
