Naoko Yamada (山田 尚子, Yamada Naoko, lahir 28 November 1984), adalah seorang animator, sutradara televisi dan film Jepang. Bekerja di Kyoto Animation, ia menyutradarai serial anime K-On!, Tamako Market dan film anime bertajuk A Silent Voice.
