Nathan Paul Myhrvold (lahir 3 Agustus 1959), dulunya kepala jabatan teknologi di Microsoft, adalah salah satu pendiri Intellectual Ventures dan penulis utama Modernist Cuisine dan buku-buku lanjutannya.
