Nebula Kerucut adalah daerah H II di rasi bintang Monoceros. Nebula ini ditemukan oleh William Herschel pada 26 Desember 1785, di saat ia menandainya sebagai H V.27. Nebula Kerucut berjarak 2.700 tahun cahaya dari Bumi, dan membentuk bagian nebula yang melingkupi Kluster Pohon Natal (bahasa Inggris: Christmas Tree Cluster). Penunjukan NGC 2264 di Katalog Umum Baru merujuk kepada kedua objek tersebut dan bukan kepada nebula saja.
Bentuk kerucut berasal dari nebula serap gelap yang terdiri atas molekul hidrogen dingin dan debu di depan nebula emisi yang mengandung hidrogen yang diionisasi oleh S Monocerotis, bintang paling cerah NGC 2264.
