Nedjeftet merupakan seorang ratu yang disebutkan di beberapa relief yang ditemukan di dekat kompleks piramida Pepi I Meryre (dekat dengan kompleks piramida Ratu Inenek-Inti).[1] Ia adalah istri Pepi.[2] Namanya juga berasal dari nome ke-20, yang kemudian dikenal sebagai nome Herakleopolis Magna, di Mesir Hulu;[1] mungkin keluarganya berasal dari sana dan pernikahannya adalah untuk memperkuat posisi raja sebagai lawan penguasa lokal.[3]

Ia bergelar: Yang hebat tongkat hetes (wrt-ḥts), Ia yang melihat Horus dan Seth (m33t-hrw-stsh), Pujian agung (wrt-ḥzwt), Istri Raja (ḥmt-niswt), Istri Raja, kekasihnya (ḥmt-niswt meryt.f), dan Pelayan Horus (ḫt-ḥrw).[3]
