Nelson Henry Baker (16 Februari 1842 – 29 Juli 1936) adalah seorang pastor dan pengurus gereja Katolik di area Buffalo, New York. Pada saat kematiannya pada tahun 1936, dia telah mengembangkan sebuah "kota amal" di Our Lady of Victory Basilica di Lackawanna, New York. Kawasan ini terdiri dari basilika minor, rumah bayi, rumah untuk ibu yang tidak menikah, panti asuhan anak laki-laki, perlindungan anak laki-laki, rumah sakit, rumah perawat, dan sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah.

Sejak tahun 1986, paroki dan Keuskupan Buffalo telah bekerja untuk mengamankan kanonisasi Baker. Ia dinyatakan sebagai Venerabilis pada tahun 2011 oleh Paus Benediktus XVI.[1]
