State Route 562 adalah sebuah jalan tol timur-barat di wilayah Las Vegas yang berdiri dalam dua bagian. Kedua bagian rute memiliki bagian dari Sunset Road.

Bagian pertama SR 562 berawal di persimpangan Sunset Road dan Las Vegas Boulevard (bekas SR 604). Jalan tol mengarah ke timur, melewati sisi selatan landasan Bandar Udara McCarran, ke ujungnya di batas kota Henderson di Annie Oakley Drive.
SR 562 mulai kembali di Sunset Road di persimpangan Gibson Road, di timur persimpangan Interstate 515/U.S. Route 93/U.S. Route 95. Jalan tol berlanjut ke timur sekitar satu mil sebelum berakhir di Boulder Highway (SR 582).
Sejarah
State Route 562 sebenarnya memiliki lanjutan antara Annie Oakley Drive dan Gibson Road. Bagian jalan tol ini diberikan pada Kota Henderson pada Juni 2002. Sisa rute ini sepertinya akan diberikan pada lokal pada masa depan.
