State Route 574 merupakan sebuah jalan arterial jalur bagian timur-barat di lembah Las Vegas. Terdiri dari 10.435 mil Cheyenne Avenue di utara Las Vegas dan North Las Vegas.

State Route 574 dimulai di US 95 di baratlaut Las Vegas dan mengarah ke timur sepanjang Cheyenne Avenue. Di Decatur Boulevard, SR 574 memasuki North Las Vegas, melewati sisi utara Bandar Udara North Las Vegas. Jalan tol ini berlanjut ke timur ke persimpangan Interstate 15 dan melayani kampus utama Perguruan Tinggi Nevada Selatan. SR 574 terus ke timur menuju ujungnya di Nellis Boulevard (SR 612), dekat sudut baratlaut Pangkalan Angkatan Udara Nellis.
Negara bagian memiliki rencana untuk menutup jalan ini dari sistem jalan tol negara bagian, meskipun belum dilaksanakan sejak 2007.
