Sir Emmanuel Neville Cenac, GCSL, GCMG[1] (24 November 1939 – 2 Juni 2026)[2][3] adalah seorang politikus asal Saint Lucia yang menjabat sebagai Gubernur Jenderal Saint Lucia dari 2018 hingga 2021.[4] Ia sebelumnya dikenal sebagai politikus Saint Lucia, menjabat sebagai menteri luar negeri negara tersebut dari tahun 1987 hingga tahun 1992.
