New York Post adalah koran Amerika Serikat yang terutama didistribusikan di Kota New York dan sekitarnya. Koran ini merupakan koran yang paling banyak beredar ke-7 dan tertua ke-13 di Amerika Serikat.[2] Didirikan pada tahun 1801 oleh federalis dan Bapak Pendiri Alexander Hamilton, itu menjadi lembar lebar dihormati pada abad ke-19, di bawah nama New York Evening Post. Versi modern dari koran ini diterbitkan dalam format tabloid.

Pada tahun 1976, Rupert Murdoch membeli Post untuk AS$30,5 juta.[3] Sejak tahun 1993, koran ini telah dimiliki oleh News Corporation dan penggantinya, News Corp, yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya dari tahun 1976 sampai 1988.
