Phaya Nguanamthom (bahasa Thai: พระยางั่วนำถุม) adalah Raja Sukhothai kelima (1298–1323). Ia didahului oleh sepupunya Phaya Loethai dan digantikan oleh Phaya Lithai. Raja berasal dari Dinasti Phra Ruang.
Didahului oleh Loethai, ia kemungkinan naik tahta Sukhothai pada tahun 1323/24 M. Nguanamthom memerintah sampai kematiannya, yang mungkin pada tahun 1347/48 M. Setelah kematiannya, Raja digantikan oleh Mahathammaracha I (Lithai).
