Nic Balthazar (lahir 24 Juli 1964) adalah seorang sutradara dan pembawa acara TV/radio Belgia.
Film pertamanya, Ben X, muncul pada 2007 dan meraih sambutan meriah.[1] Film fitur berikutnya yang Balthazar sutradarai, Tot Altijd, dirilis pada Januari 2012.
Di Flanders, ia dikenal sebagai kritikus film dan presenter televisi.
