Nikobar Besar (disebut oleh penduduk aslinya sebagai Tokieong Long) adalah pulau terbesar di Kepulauan Nikobar, India, di sebelah utara Sumatra. Indira Point, titik paling selatannya, juga merupakan titik paling selatan di India. Pulau Sumatra terletak di sebelah selatan dari Nikobar Besar. Pulau ini memiliki luas sebesar 1045 km², tetapi sedikit dihuni, dan sebagian besar terdiri dari hutan hujan.

Gunung Thullier di pulau ini adalah puncak tertinggi Nikobar dengan tinggi 642 m di atas permukaan laut.
