Nikolai Illarionovich Semeyko (bahasa Rusia: Николай Илларионович Семейко, bahasa Ukraina: Микола Іларіонович Семейко; 25 Maret 1923 – 20 April 1945) adalah seorang pilot Il-2 dan navigator asal Uni Soviet pada Perang Dunia II. Ia dua kali meraih gelar Pahlawan Uni Soviet.
