Nilar Thein (bahasa Burma: နီလာသိန်း, diucapkan [nìlà θéiɰ̃]; lahir 4 Maret 1972) adalah seorang aktivis demokrasi dan tahanan politik Burma yang ditahan dari 2008 sampai 2012 di penjara Thayet , Wilayah Magway, Burma. Amnesty International menyatakannya sebagai tahanan hati nurani.[2]
