No Kwang-chol (Korea: 노광철; Hanja: 努光鐵; kelahiran 1956[1]) adalah seorang prajurit, jenderal bintang empat, dan anggota biro politik asal Korea Utara.[2] Ia terpilih sebagai anggota Majelis Rakyat Tertinggi usai pemilu 2003 dan pemilu 2009.
