Noyan adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia. Wilayah Kecamatan Noyan berbatasan langsung dengan Kecamatan Sekayam, Kecamatan Beduai, Kecamatan Kembayan, Kecamatan Bonti, dan Kecamatan Jangkang. Mayoritas penduduk di Kecamatan Noyan bekerja sebagai petani. Namun tidak sedikit juga yang bekerja di sektor swasta, negeri, dan wiraswasta.
Fasilitas tempat pendidikan di Kecamatan Noyan terdiri dari 19 Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN), 3 SMP Negeri, 1 SMA Negeri, dan 1 SMK Negeri.
