OTR-21 Tochka

OTR-21 Tochka (Rusia: оперативно-тактический ракетный комплекс (ОТР) «Точка»; Inggris: Rudal Taktis Operasional Kompleks "Tochka", "Titik") adalah rudal balistik taktis jarak pendek Soviet. Penunjukan Grau adalah 9K79, nama pelaporan NATO adalah SS-21 Scarab. Hal ini diangkut dalam kendaraan 9P129, kemudian didirikan secara vertikal sebelum peluncuran. Ini menggunakan sistem bimbingan inersia.

OTR-21 maju deployment ke Republik Demokratik Jerman dimulai pada tahun 1981, menggantikan rudal balistik terarah FROG seri sebelumnya.
