Provinsi Buxoro (bahasa Uzbek: Buxoro viloyati/Бухоро вилояти) adalah sebuah provinsi Uzbekistan yang memiliki luas wilayah 39.400 km²; dan populasi 1.384.700 jiwa (2005). Ibu kotanya ialah Bukhara.
