Oblast Luhansk merupakan sebuah oblast di Ukraina yang memiliki luas wilayah 26.684 km² dan populasi 2.409.000 jiwa (2006). Ibu kotanya ialah Luhansk. Wilayah ini diklaim oleh Republik Rakyat Luhansk dan resmi bergabung dengan Federasi Rusia.[1][2]
