Provinsi Jizzakh (Uzbek: Jizzax viloyati / Жиззах вилояти) adalah sebuah provinsi Uzbekistan yang memiliki luas wilayah 20.500 km² dan populasi 910.500 jiwa (2005). Ibu kotanya ialah Jizzakh.
