Ojingeo-jeot (오징어젓) atau cumi asin adalah sebuah jeotgal (젓갈, makanan laut asin) yang terbuat dari cumi-cumi yang diiris tipis, difermentasi dan diasinkan. Hidangan tersebut adalah sebuah banchan (lauk) populer dan kaya akan kandungan protein, vitamin dan mineral.[1]
