Ometepe adalah sebuah pulau yang terbentuk oleh dua gunung berapi yang muncul dari Danau Nikaragua di Republik Nikaragua. Namanya berasal dari kata Nahuatl ome (dua) dan tepetl (gunung), yang berarti "dua gunung".[1] Pulau ini adalah pulau terbesar di Danau Nikaragua.
Pada tahun 2005, pulau ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 29.684 jiwa.
