OneRiot adalah jaringan periklanan yang berkantor pusat di Boulder, Colorado, bekerja sama dengan sejumlah aplikasi Twitter dan situs berbagi media.
OneRiot pertama kali diluncurkan bulan November 2008[2] sebagai mesin pencari. Jaringan iklan perusahaan ini diluncurkan pada bulan September 2009[3] dan tersedia untuk publik bulan Januari 2010. Sebelumnya, OneRiot memasarkan layanannya dalam bentuk ekstensi penjelajah bernama Me.dium yang memungkinkan pengguna menjelajah web dan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain pada saat yang sama.[4] Modal perusahaan ini berasal dari Spark Capital, Appian Ventures, Commonwealth Capital Ventures, Brad Feld, Kimbal Musk, dan Elon Musk.
Pada September 2011, aset-aset kunci OneRiot diakuisisi oleh Walmart.[5]
