"One" adalah album pertama Arashi yang berisi lagu solo setiap member. Album ini berisi lagu "Sakura Sake" yang digunakan sebagai lagu latar iklan Jōnan Kōko dengan Sho Sakurai sebagai pembicara. Edisi regular berisi sebuah bonus trek, sedangkan edisi terbatas berisi sebuah DVD dan sebuah buku kecil dengan 32 halaman.
