One Churchill Place adalah pencakar langit setinggi 156 m dengan 32 tingkat yang digunakan sebagai kantor pusat Barclays Bank. Bangunan ini terletak di kawasan Docklands, London di Canary Wharf. Bangunan ini merupakan blok perkantoran tertinggi ketujuh di Britania Raya dan keempat di Docklands setelah One Canada Square, HSBC Group Headquarters dan Citigroup Centre.
Gedung ini secara resmi dibuka pada Juni 2005 oleh Ketua Barclays, Matthew Barrett, dan menggabungkan kantor-kantor Barclays di seluruh London ke dalam satu bangunan. Bekas kantor pusat perusahaan ini terletak di 54 Lombard Street, City of London.
