Ophioderma falcatum dikenal sebagai puapua moa atau laukahi di Hawaii. Ini adalah sejenis paku-pakuan dalam keluarga Ophioglossaceae, dan banyak orang masih mengklasifikasikannya sebagai Ophioglossum. Beberapa pihak menganggapnya sebagai subspesies dari Ophioderma pendulum. Sebagai epifit, tanaman ini asli dari kepulauan Hawaii kecuali Ni'ihau dan Kaho'olawe.[1] Tanaman ini juga tumbuh di beberapa pulau Pasifik lainnya.
