Opisthorchiidae adalah sebuah keluarga trematoda dalam subkelas digenea. Opisthorchiidae mempunyai distribusi kosmopolitan.[1]
Spesies yang paling penting secara medis dalam keluarga Opisthorchiidae adalah Clonorchis sinensis, Opisthorchis viverrini, dan Opisthorchis felineus[1] yang merupakan penyebab penyakit clonorchiasis.[1]
Beberapa spesies merupakan parasit pada ikan yang penting secara ekonomi, misalnya lele dumbo.[2]
