Bai, Pai atau Baip (Bai: Baipho, /pɛ̰˦˨xo̰˦/ (白和); Hanzi: 白族; Pinyin: Báizú; Wade–Giles: Pai-tsu; pelafalan endonim [pɛ̀tsī]), adalah kelompok etnis Asia Timur yang berasal dari Prefektur Otonomi Dali Bai di provinsi Yunnan. Mereka merupakan salah satu dari 56 kelompok etnis yang diakui secara resmi oleh pemerintah Tiongkok dan berjumlah 1.933.510 orang pada 2010.[2]
