Orang Baima (Hanzi sederhana: 白马人; Hanzi tradisional: 白馬人; Pinyin: Báimǎ rén; harfiah: 'White Horse people'), juga disebut Tibet Baima (Hanzi sederhana: 白马藏人; Hanzi tradisional: 白馬藏人; Pinyin: Báimǎ Zàngrén), digolongkan oleh pemerintah Tiongkok sebagai subkelompok dari orang Tibet yang hidup di Gansu tenggara dan Sichuan barat laut di Tiongkok, khususnya di County Pingwu dan Jiuzhaigou di Sichuan dan County Wen, Gansu. Penggolongan resmi orang Baima sebagai bagian dari bangsa Tibet yang lebih besar ditolak oleh orang Baima sendiri. Mereka menuntut untuk diakui sebagai bangsa yang berbeda, tetapi klaim mereka ditolak.[1]
