Orenburg (Rusia: Оренбург, IPA: [ərʲɪnˈburk]) adalah sebuah kota di Rusia. Letaknya di bagian Ural Selatan. Tepatnya di Oblast Orenburg. Pada tahun 2002, kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 549.361 jiwa. Kota ini terletak 1.478 km ke selatan dari Moskow. Kota ini berada di tepi Sungai Ural yang menjadi tapal batas antara Eropa dan Asia. Orenburg didirikan pada tahun 1735.
