Organ Korti adalah organ yang terletak di telinga belakang mamalia. Di dalam organ ini, terdapat sel indra pendengaran, atau "sel rambut." Organ ini ditemukan oleh anatomis Italia, Marquis Alfonso Giacomo Gaspare Corti (1822-1876), sehingga nama organ ini diambil dari namanya.
