Oscar Mina adalah seorang politikus San Marino yang pernah menjabat sebagai Wali Kapten, yaitu salah satu dari dua kepala negara Republik San Marino yang dipilih setiap enam bulan. Ia menjabat dari tanggal 1 April 2009 hingga 1 Oktober 2009 bersama dengan Massimo Cenci.[1]
