ⓘ (8 June 1893 – 1 May 1958) adalah seorang politikus asal Norwegia. Dia adalah pemimpin Partai Buruh Norwegia sejak tahun 1923 hingga 1945. Oscar Torp juga menjabat sebagai Wali Kota Oslo pada tahun 1935 dan 1936. Pada tahun 1935, ia dipilih menjadi bertindak Menteri Pertahanan Norwegia dalam pemerintahan Johan Nygaardsvold. Kemudian dari tahun 1936–1939, ia menjabat sebagai Menteri Sosial Norwegi. Pada periode 1939–1941, Oscar Torp menjabat sebagai Menteri Keuangan Norwegia. Dia diangkat sebagai Menteri Pertahanan lagi pada tahun 1942 di "London" berbasis pemerintah pengasingan Norwegia. Pada tahun 1945 terpilih sebagai Menteri Provisioning dan Rekonstruksi sampai tahun 1948.
