Ou Virak (bahasa Khmer: អ៊ូ វីរៈ; lahir 7 Januari 1976) adalah seorang intelektual publik dan aktivis HAM asal Kamboja, yang kini menjabat sebagai Presiden Future Forum, sebuah wadah pemikir untuk masalah-masalah kebijakan masyarakat.[1] Ia juga merupakan pendiri Alliance for Freedom of Expression in Cambodia (AFEC), dan pemenang Reebok Human Rights Award untuk kampanye masyarakat sipil untuk kebebasan berekspresi dan untuk pembebasan advokat-advokat hak asasi manusia yang ditahan karena mengkritik pemerintahan Kamboja.[2]
