Osgood Robert "Oz" Perkins II (lahir 2 Februari 1974) adalah seorang sutradara dan aktor Amerika Serikat. Dia memulai kariernya sebagai aktor cilik, memerankan versi muda karakter Norman Bates yang diperankan ayahnya, Anthony Perkins dalam Psycho II (1983), dan kemudian tampil dalam film-film seperti Six Degrees of Separation (1993), Legally Blonde (2001), Not Another Teen Movie (2001), Star Trek (2009), dan Nope (2022).
Dia membuat debut sutradaranya dengan film horor The Blackcoat's Daughter (2015) dan sejak itu dikenal karena menyutradarai film-film horor seperti I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House (2016), Gretel & Hansel (2020), Longlegs (2024), danThe Monkey (2025).
