Persatuan Sepakbola Mentawai (disingkat sebagai PS Mentawai) adalah tim sepak bola Indonesia yang bermarkas di Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai, Sumatera Barat. Tim ini berkompetisi di Liga 3 Zona Sumatera Barat.
Sejarah
Pada gelaran kompetisi Liga 3 Sumatera Barat musim 2023, PS Mentawai resmi mendaftar ke Asprov PSSI Sumatera Barat sebagai tim peserta. PS Mentawai merupakan salah satu tim debutan di kompetisi musim ini.[2]
