Kehidupan awal
Pablo Larrain Matte lahir pada 19 Agustus 1976 dari pasangan senator Serikat Demokrat Independen Hernán Larraín dan mantan menteri Perumahan dan Perkotaan Sebastián Piñera, Magdalena Matte. Ia mempelajari komunikasi audiovisual di Universitas Kesenian, Ilmu Pengetahuan, dan Komunikasi di Santiago.
Kehidupan pribadi
Ia menikah dengan aktris Chili Antonia Zegers, yang memberikannya dua anak: Juana (2008)[2] dan Pascual (2011).
