Florence Lowe "Pancho" Barnes (22 Juli 1901 – 30 Maret 1975) adalah seorang pilot perempuan dalam Women's Air Derby. Ia juga seorang pilot yang mampu memecahkan rekor penerbangan dunia pada tahun 1930.[2] Ia juga nantinya akan menjalankan sebuah restoran dan bar bernama Happy Bottom Riding Club yang lokasinya terletak di Gurun Mojave,[3] yang di mana tempat tersebut terkenal sering dikunjungi oleh para pilot uji coba Pangkalan Angkatan Udara Edwards, termasuk salah satunya, Chuck Yeager.[4]
