Papuasia
Papuasia adalah kawasan botani Tingkat 2 yang didefinisikan dalam Skema Geografi Dunia untuk Pencatatan Persebaran Tumbuhan (WGSRPD).[1] Kawasan ini terletak di Samudra Pasifik barat daya, di kawasan ekologi Melanesia bernama Oseania dan Asia Tropis.
Kawasan ini termasuk dalam entitas geografis dan politis berikut ini:
- Kepulauan Aru (Indonesia; diperlakukan sebagai bagian dari Papua Barat dalam Skema)
- Pulau Papua
- Papua Nugini
- Papua Barat (Indonesia)
- Kepulauan Solomon (kepulauan)
- Bougainville
- Kepulauan Solomon (tidak termasuk Kepulauan Santa Cruz)[2]
